Introduction to ThinkSee3D Limited Privacy Policy

We, ThinkSee3D Limited, hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “ThinkSee3D”, take security of your personal information very seriously.  Below we provide information regarding what and how we use personal data.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enters into effect across the European Union on 25th May 2018 and ThinkSee3D is committed to fully complying and supporting the privacy laws across Europe and for all European Union citizens.

Personal Data

We take security of your personal information very seriously, in this document we provide you with the information on the collection of personal data and how we use it.

Personal information is any data that can directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, address, email address, posts on social networks and so on.

We only store basic personal information mostly relating to that persons professional role such as name, work phone number, work address, related websites and work email address and notes on any contact with that person.   Within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions we track who has enquired about work and who has commissioned work from us with notes on the proposals and delivery of that work

We collect and store data via Googles G Suite business tools GSuite, and 2 online CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, Hub Spot and Insightly.   All are GDPR aware.

Website

Our website is provided by web hosting provider Squarespace Inc.  Details of their compliance to GDPR can be found here.

Our website contains a contact form for contacting us but Squarespace does not hold personal information it just passes it on to us via email for inclusion on our CRM solutions and the analytics it provides are non-personal. 

Squarespace uses cookies to monitor what clients are viewing and this feeds into analytics used by us to see which content is of interest.  Cookies can be disabled if clients wish.

We use the service from Stripe Inc for credit card payments and this only keeps records of transactions customers have made with us using credit cards, it does not store personal information or credit card numbers except for the short period of processing a transaction.

Soon we will be selling products from our website, taking transactions from our website shop and tracking customer orders from Squarespace provided platforms so information relating to those transactions will be stored with Squarespace. 

We will also being using the Etsy product sales platform which has it’s own customer relationship management system which we will access. 

We do feed Twitter, Facebook and Instagram messages to our website when they relate to our business as a news feed and this includes individuals names as seen on these platforms.

Information Security

Mostly we rely on the security of professional service providers to ensure security of our client information.  Any documents containing personal details such as invoices or purchase orders are held on our local server behind a firewall.

Third Parties

It is not our policy to let any third party view, analyse or purchase any of our client information.  To the best of our knowledge, none of the various online business systems share personal information.

On the event of ThinkSee3D being sold, a notice will go out via our communication platforms such as our website informing clients of the change, in case they wish to be deleted.

Information requests and the right to be deleted from our systems
